Growing up with a heart condition taught me early on the importance of embracing life’s joys and caring for the body that carries us. Like many, I faced personal challenges — including struggles with addiction in my youth — but it was the reality of my health that ultimately led me down a path of healing, reflection, and renewal.

That path brought me to the world of natural medicine and, more specifically, to mushrooms. As I explored holistic healing, I found myself captivated by the power and mystery of the fungal kingdom. I deepened my understanding through hands-on experience — foraging, volunteering, and traveling across the United States to study mycology in real-world environments.

Eventually, that passion and purpose took shape in the form of Healing Spore: Medicinal & Culinary Mushrooms LLC. As a licensed wild mushroom forager in the state of Minnesota, I now craft high-quality double-extracted tinctures from organically grown and ethically wild-harvested mushrooms, alongside gourmet culinary varieties.

Having seen how health challenges affect those I love, I’m driven to create offerings that support the body, mind, and spirit. I’m grateful for the journey that brought me here — and proud to share these healing gifts with my community and beyond.
